In this episode, Dr. Armstrong is joined by (former) bodybuilder, fitness trainer, mother, and self-proclaimed foodie, Sandi Griffin. Listeners might recall her from Episodes 8 & 28. She shares with us insights on how to manage our fitness and body composition goals over the holidays, including exercise recommendations, meal planning and preparation, and desserts and alcohol. Of course, she also shares some of her favorite holiday foods and treats (see the link below). Here is her famous egg nog recipe:

4 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup Splenda/Stevia/Monkfruit Sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp rum extract
2-3 tsp nutmeg
1 quart Egg Beaters/Egg Substitute
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!!

Traditional Egg Nog (serving size 4oz): 190 Cal, 4g Pro, 24g Carb, 9g Fat
